Privacy Policy

1. Purpose of collection

Xylolabs Inc. collects personal information for the following purposes:

  • Handling inquiries and providing responses
  • Processing job applications
  • Providing services and fulfilling contracts

2. Information collected

  • Inquiries: name, company, email, phone, inquiry type, budget, timeline, and message
  • Careers: name, email, phone, position, application message, and resume attachment
  • Analytics (with consent): pages visited, access time, browser/device data, and identifiers created by Google Analytics

3. Retention period

Personal information is destroyed without delay once its purpose has been fulfilled, except where retention is required by law.

  • Inquiry records: 1 year from submission
  • Career applications: 6 months after process completion

4. Third-party disclosure

We do not provide personal information to third parties without consent.

5. Service providers and international processing

When configured, we use Slack for staff notifications and Resend for acknowledgement emails. Slack receives only the inquiry type, company and timeline, or the applied position and file-review status, together with a link to the secured admin view. Resend receives the name and email needed to send the acknowledgement, and the applied position for career applications. Google Analytics loads only after the visitor opts in.

6. Data destruction

Electronic files are destroyed using irrecoverable methods. Paper documents are shredded.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time.
