Challenge

Crane wire failure is a serious-accident risk in port industrial safety. STS crane wires accumulate fatigue fast under repeated heavy loads, but beyond scheduled inspections there was almost no real-time visibility to support failure prevention.

Approach

We developed a system for continuous wire condition monitoring, applying Korean physical AI to port industrial safety.
